1. How do I take part in the promotion?
A: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period Entrants must:
a) Launch the Move It App independently or through the Grab mobile application. Entrants without the Move It App can download it from the App Store.
b) Entrants MUST complete five (5) rides with Move It via the Move It App to be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
c) Entrant will receive a qualifying message via the Move It App’s Notification Inbox which contains promotion details, a Promotional Link and Unique Participation Code.
d) During the Promotion Period, Entrants must click on Promotional Link or go to www.moveitmilamigwins.com and successfully submit an entry through the participation form with the required details: Email Address and Unique Participation Code.
e) Entrants will be instantly qualified if the Unique Participation Code is valid. Entrant will then be brought to the game play animation and prompted to tap and reveal their prize.
f) Each qualified Entrant will be eligible to win a randomly allocated prize from the Grand, Major, or Mass category, or no-win (try again), as outlined in Table below.

2. How do I participate in the promotion?
A: Each Entrant MUST complete five (5) rides with Move It via the Move It App to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. Each Entrant can participate in the Promotion as many times within the Promotional Period, will win a randomly allocated prize or have no-win (try again).
3. Who can qualify in this promotion?
A: This promotion is open to Philippine residents at the time of entry, aged 18 years old and above, who remain Philippine residents for the duration of the promotional period.
4. Who cannot qualify in this promotion?
A: Any employee of the Organizer and Administrator, (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are excluded from entering this Promo.
5. When does the Promotion start and end?
A: The promotion period starts on 12:00pm (Philippine Time) April 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on June 30, 2025.
Promotion period is defined as the period when the entrant must ride and complete the five (5) rides with Move It to be able to join in the promotion.
6. When does the Redemption period start and end?
A: The redemption period starts on 12:00pm (Philippine Time) April 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on June 30, 2025.
Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant who have ridden five (5) times with Move It during Promo Period, enters their email and unique participation code to reveal their prize.
7. May I participate in this promotion more than once?
A: Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once as long as you have completed five (5) rides with Move It. Only five (5) rides with Move It or one (1) unique participation code is valid for one (1) entry.
8. How will I know if my entry is successful or unsuccessful?
A: Upon submission of your entry via the participation form on www.moveitmilamigwins.com,
If you have a successful Unique Participation Code, you will be brought to the game play animation and prompted to tap to reveal prize after the game play is finished. Upon revealing your prize, you will be able to view if you have won a Mass, Major or Grand prize, or if you have a no-win (try again).
If you have an unsuccessful Unique Participation Code, you will not be able to press the submit button at the participation form. You are encouraged to ride five (5) times with Move It and retrieve the Unique Participation Code after every five (5) rides, from your Move It App’s Notification Inbox, and input at the https://www.moveitmilamigwins.com/welcome.

9. Is there a validation process?
A: No, there is no validation process to be conducted. Prizes are drawn via an electronic drawing system. Random allocation of mass, major, grand prizes and no-win results will be carried out in proportion to the total prize and no-win pool, to ensure all human bias are removed.
10. What constitutes to an unsuccessful entry?
A: If you have invalid Unique Participation Code, you will not be able to press the submit button at the participation form. You are encouraged to ride five (5) times with Move It and retrieve the Unique Participation Code after every five (5) rides, from your Move It App’s Notification Inbox to input at https://www.moveitmilamigwins.com/welcome.
11. How will I receive my reward(s)?
A: You will receive your reward e-Voucher with redemption details via email. Depending on the reward you randomly win, some rewards can be claimed physically in merchant’s stores, while some have online redemption vouchers.
12. Do I need to retain my unique participation code?
A: It is mandatory to retain or withhold a photo of your unique participation code that is located via your Move It App’s Notification Inbox, as this would be the information we require to verify your entry, should you come across any issues.
13. Can I exchange my reward?
A: All Major and Mass Prizes in the Prize Pool are non-transferrable, exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash. The picture of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/digital materials etc. are only for reference or representation.
Grand prize is transferrable but non-convertible to cash. Confirmation of Sapporo trip booking with specified Partner must be completed before 31 December, 2025. Should the winner not comply, Grand Prize may be forfeited with no replacement. Grand prize must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement, if winner decides not to proceed.
14. What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?
A: If you have misplaced your reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s), kindly contact our promotional helpline at contact@moveitmilamigwins.com or call us at 1800 1550 0092, Mondays to Fridays from 9:30am to 5:30pm (excluding weekends and PH).
Our customer service team will require your unique participation code and email address to locate your entry.
15. What happens if my contact details have changed during the promotion?
A: If your contact details have changed during the Promotion, it is your responsibility to notify us at our promotional helpline at contact@moveitmilamigwins.com or call us at 1800 1550 0092 Mondays to Fridays from 9:30am to 5:30pm (excluding weekends and PH).
